V-Science 2-Way Cuffs are a simple but functional 2-way cuff that gives you multiple ways to secure your jacket sleeves. Full zip closure in front with an internal draft flap and hook-and-loop close storm flap. Zipper pull features a built in whistle in case you get lost.
